For you to have full access to the CrISP website and the opportunities afforded by being part of a network of creative industries free of charge, please follow these 3 steps:

Step 1

Register your email address by following this link.

You will then receive an email from CrISP inviting you to activate your account.

Step 2

When you have activated your account you will be able to create a Creative Directory Profile. Please read the following guidance before you begin Step 3.

Be prepared to copy and paste the longer pieces of information from an offline source rather than write them online. The website can ‘time-out’ surprisingly quickly without warning; there is no indication until after the final click to submit by which time information can not be retrieved.

The information you will be able to include about your work or organisation is listed below:

A logo or image (no larger than 50 Kb);

Trading name, address, postcode, URL, web address, contact email, telephone number, fax number;

Type of company (sole trader, partnership, limited company, co-operative, not-for-profit, public sector, company ltd by guarantee, or not started trading);

Sectors your organisation targets (creative industries, advertising, architecture, art, craft, design, fashion, film TV and broadcast media, interactive leisure software, literature and publishing, music, new media, performing arts, photography, non-creative industries);

Additional services your organisation might provide (business advice/development, community arts, consultancy, cultural diversity, disability arts, education, exhibition opportunities, financial services, health arts, incubation, international markets, investment, legal services, marketing, manufacturing, portfolio critique, PR, regeneration, retail, training, workspace);

You will also have the option to write a short summary (maximum 50 words) and a detailed description (maximum 400 words) about your work or organisation; this might include purpose, size or structure, for example.

Step 3

Where to go to enter this information:

First, click on ‘Creative Directory’ from the Home page

Click on ‘Create Creative Directory Profile’

When you submit your profile the CrISP moderator will approve your entry and send you an email stating that your account is now fully active.

Finally, you can modify your Creative Directory Profile at any time by signing in and following the ‘My Profile’ link in the ‘Home’ menu.
